Horticulture · Vineyards

Trellis posts and compost in the vineyard, pomace and barrels at the winery, and visitors in the tasting room.

Short answer

In vineyards, the STAG Beetle 100 can set trellis posts, spread compost and clear prunings. At the winery it can move pomace on the crush pad and handle pallets indoors, where engine exhaust would add to fermentation CO2 in a cellar. It is quiet enough to work during tasting-room hours.

Vineyard work

Drill and set end posts and line posts, spread compost under the vines and clear prunings with a grapple.

Winery work

Move pomace and stems from the crush pad, move pallets of supplies and cases, and clean up after harvest. Fermentation already fills cellars with carbon dioxide, so ventilation matters regardless of the machine. An electric loader keeps engine exhaust out of that air.

Visitors

Quiet operation lets the crew work while guests are on site.
