Industrial · Demolition
Break it out, haul it out, and keep the operator out of the drop zone.
Short answer
The STAG Beetle 100 is built for indoor demolition. With a hydraulic breaker on its CII plate it breaks out slabs and walls, then switches to a bucket to haul debris. Remote control up to 200 ft keeps the operator clear, and no exhaust means no carbon monoxide indoors. Concrete dust still needs controls under OSHA’s silica rules.
Jobs it fits
Break out slabs, walls and footings with a breaker; haul debris with a bucket; load dumpsters (86 in. hinge pin height).
Remote operation
The operator can stand back from falling material. STAG’s founders built the remote in part so people who cannot stand on a platform can operate it.
Dust and noise
No engine means no exhaust and less machine noise. A breaker is still loud, and breaking concrete creates silica dust that needs water or vacuum controls and the protections in OSHA’s silica standard.
City restrictions
STAG’s founders say limits on diesel equipment in large cities are driving demand for electric machines.
